Honest IT advice before
you spend the money

The team you talk to when you do not know what to buy. We look at the software and systems you use now, tell you what is wasting money or about to break, and write down what you should do instead.

Four promises we make
on every job.

The same four apply to all five services. They are why our quotations are longer than most — and why our bills have no surprises in them.

Rule 1

We write it down first

No job starts from a phone call. Before we begin you get it on paper: what we will do, what we will not do, who is responsible, and by when.

Rule 2

The price does not move

That written list fixes the price. Want something extra later? We tell you the cost first and start only after you say yes. No charges appearing on the bill by themselves.

Rule 3

Everything is in your name

Your code, your website, your Google and Facebook accounts, your files, your data. If you ever stop working with us, we hand it all over. Nothing is locked to us.

Rule 4

No magic promises

We promise the work, the dates and the quality. We will never promise you a number-one Google rank or a sales figure. Anybody who promises that is guessing with your money.

Questions people ask first

If yours is not here, just ask when you write to us. You will get a straight answer, not a brochure.

Can I take two services together?
Yes, and most clients do. For example, we build your app (service 4) and run the marketing that launches it (service 1). Or we set up AI (service 3) with two of our staff checking its work (service 2). Each one gets its own quotation and price, but you deal with one person from our side, not three.
Why do I have to pay for a study before the actual work?
Because a fixed price is only honest if somebody has actually looked at your situation. The study tells you what you are running today, what needs to be built, what can go wrong and how long it takes. The report is yours to keep either way. If you give us the work afterwards, we take the study fee off the project price.
Who owns the website, code and accounts?
You do, from the first day. Your Google account, your Facebook account, your domain, your server, your code, your files — all created in your name or transferred to you at the start. Not held by us and handed over at the end. If you stop working with us tomorrow, nothing stops working.
Will you guarantee me first place on Google?
No. Nobody can, because Google decides that, not us. What we do promise is the work we do, the days we deliver it, and the quality of it — and we show you honest numbers every month, including the bad months. If another agency guarantees you rank one, ask them to put a penalty clause in the contract and watch what happens.
Will the AI make mistakes with my customers?
That is exactly why we agree three lists before switching it on. List one: what the AI can do on its own, like answering “where is my order”. List two: what it can only prepare, which your staff read and send. List three: what it must never do — sending money, giving medical or legal advice, or cancelling anything. Moving an item between lists needs your written approval.
How is this different from your other websites?
